REN Glycolactic Radiance Renewal Mask

THE REN Glycolactic Radiance Renewal Mask

On my non official new years resolutions (non official so I could fail and no one would know) I did decide on making sure I used face masks more. And thanks to REN, this has actually happened. Enter their pretty well known Glycolactic Radiance Renewal Mask.

Formulated like all their products to be free from parabens, mineral oils, sulphates, synthetic fragrances and basically just other ingredients that are not great for your skin. The packaging is also another strong point, the pump disperses exactly how much mask you need for the one application, so no guessing. Always a sigh of relief to a novice like myself, and the tube is transparent, so you can see how much product is left.

This is a hassle free mask, and the most zing you feel is a slight tingle, but that doesn't last for the 10-15 minutes application time at all, and after which you wipe it off with a damp face cloth. This is perfect for us sensitive skin types, as it's an exfoliant that doesn't have involve that scrubbing action which just causes more damage than good I find. Plus this doesn't look like a typical 'the postman better not knock' sort of mask, its clear with a slight orange tinge, and the most you'll notice is that you have a shiny face.

Apart from the instant results (too impatient for waiting) you know the reason why I love this? Anyone remember The Body Shop vitamin C mask that smelt like oranges and you could peel off? Well I loved it, and it disappeared off the shelves, but this REN mask has filled that gap in my life, minus the peeling but guess I had to grow up at some point.
