I am the first to admit I am a beauty box novice compared to most. Birchbox is as far as my knowledge extents. Yet, I think I have one of the best right here in my hands right. Latest in Beauty have launched their very first box in collaboration with Get The Gloss (that online place showing expert knowledge in beauty, health, and lifestyle).
And even though I did have a rough idea what was coming my way in the post, I had no idea I would be this amazed by a box. Designed to hold a few cult and must have items, the total of the Beauty Insider's Kit is a slightly eye-watering £116. Ouch. Luckily this little box is priced at a much more friendly £19.95. So, to the important bit, the contents...
Shiseido Ultimune Power Infusing Concentrate | This helps boost skin’s multi-defensive powers while helping to strengthen its resistance to day-to-day damage and signs of aging. Which perhaps at 24 I need more than I'll admit.
Eyeko Skinny Eyeliner | One of my favourite felt tip pen liners has come back into life. Finally.
Glamglow Supermud Clearing Treatment | One stupidly hyped up brand I have somehow not tried. Don't ask how, but at least that can now change.
Laura Mercier Foundation Primer | Like I mentioned, their Creme Smooth Foundation is the one for me. And their primers are up there as well.
Therapie Roques O’Neil Cherish Skin Repair Serum | One I've not heard of...this serum is a natural solution and is packed with revitalizing, healing and skin boosting essential oils, vegetable carriers and extracts. Sounds good to me, vegetables included.
Daniel Sandler Concealer Brush | You can never have too many brushes, especially when I am the worst at cleaning then. So with this replacement I now how no excuses for a dirty concealer brush.
Essie Nail Lacquers | One nail brand that never disappoints me. And two more colours to my ever growing collection is something I'm never going to complain about.
Balance Me Radiance Face Oil | I am in dire need of a new oil, so this one offering the skin an extra layer of moisturising protection and enhancing dull, lifeless, dehydrated skin with a radiant, dewy glow is very much welcomed.
James Read Sleep Mask Tan | Okay, I've not tried this one yet. The self-tan ingredients in this mark apparently guarantee a subtle golden glow by morning. But it is a masks, that tans? Sounds like a disaster waiting.
Admittedly a slightly skincare orientated box, yet it is just full of products that I just love, and no doubt will use up (tanning mask aside). I can't quite believe what good value this box is, and I just hope that the next Beauty Insiders Kit box is as good.
